This forum exists so that anyone living in Switzerland can ask a legal or administrative question and get a usable answer, without paying for a consultation first and without giving their name.

Questions are published immediately and anonymously. Anyone may answer. Lawyers who have been verified by us carry a badge, so you can tell a professional opinion from a helpful neighbour’s — both are welcome, and knowing which is which is the point.
